Our school proudly hosted its annual Science Fair, a much-anticipated event that has become a hallmark of academic excellence and creativity. This year, over 150 students from all grades participated, each presenting a unique project that showcased their curiosity, problem-solving skills, and passion for science. The gymnasium was transformed into a bustling hub of innovation, filled with colorful displays, working prototypes, and research presentations that covered a wide range of scientific fields.
From cutting-edge robotics to experiments in renewable energy, the diversity of projects impressed both the judges and the attendees. One standout project from Grade 8 student Olivia Mason involved designing a prototype of a water filtration system using affordable, eco-friendly materials. Olivia’s project not only demonstrated a deep understanding of chemistry and environmental science but also offered a practical solution to a pressing global issue.
Throughout the day, judges from local universities, tech companies, and the broader scientific community provided valuable feedback and engaged in thoughtful discussions with the students. After careful deliberation, winners were announced in various categories, with top-performing students receiving awards in areas such as Environmental Science, Engineering, and Biological Research.
Our school is thrilled to announce that the top three projects will represent us at the upcoming Regional Science Fair, where we expect even greater recognition for the talents and hard work of our students.
